This Refund & Returns Policy explains the terms and conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted.
Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if your item meets the following conditions:
- The return request is made within 7–14 days of receiving your order (depending on local consumer laws).
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- The item is returned in its original packaging, including tags, labels, and protective covers.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is provided.
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return once opened or used.

Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us process your request quickly, please provide:

- A brief description of the problem
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Securely pack the item in its original packaging.
- Send the product back using the provided return address.
Please note that customers may be responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect or our error.

Order Cancellations
